<b>Catch them young</b><br/>
For a growing child, the first 21 years of his life is very crucial. Making your child eat the most healthiest food is one of the most important tasks of parents. A child who grows up eating the living energy of vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, seeds and fruit, develops a strong and balanced immune function. Some serious digestive issues could be tackled by incorporating all possible health enhancing food items in diet. <br/><br/>
<b>Smart packaging</b><br/>
Researchers have claimed that by feeding your child good food over a long period of time, the child himself would crave for healthier foods. So never say or oppose to the food they crave for. When a child's tongue is coated with something that is as sweet as white sugar, it becomes highly impossible for the kids to enjoy the natural sweetness that is contained in vegetables. <br/><br/>
<b>Alternative Therapies</b><br/>
Yogic and alternative techniques suggest that brown rice improves the functioning of brain. The brain carries off better functions when the child eats healthy food. Similarly, any food that makes the blood sugar spike and crash quickly affects the steadiness of the whole brain and body. These foods give quick energy which leaves the give quick energy w child chaotic and exhausted.<br/><br/>',

Ego only harms your personality, so at first set your ego aside and try to learn more from life and experiences. The commitment would surely get results.
<br/><br/>
<b>Beware of what you 'know':</b><br/>
Understand the way how exactly your brain leads you into over-simplifying things, distorting perceptions and memories and convincing you certain aspects that does not have any lack of evidence.
<br/><br/>
<b>Value principles: </b>
<br/>
Check out for operating principles that stands true for a variety of situations over time. Do not expect too much from someone or something.
<br/><br/>
<b>Make one assumption:</b>
<br/>An assumption should always be made. Miscommunication and misunderstanding are normal in case of human beings. Make more of good communications that could be understood by any other person through gradual clarification.
<br/><br/>
<b>Be positive:</b> <br/>
We tend to react to more of negative things. Focusing on negative aspects and differences can make you fell excited and amused but, concentrating more on positive similarities builds unity and strength.
<br/><br/>
<b>Exercise: </b>
<br/>Along with doing physical work outs, try to do some mental exercises as well. Work from definite plan, apply systematic problem solving strategies.

'new_desc' => ' We wake up feeling all refreshed and all active for your daily course of activities, when we have a sound sleep. Sleep affects the overall quality of life right from the way we look, feel and perform on daily basis.
<br/><br/>
Both quality and quantity of sleep are important to get the most of your sleep. Teens need at least 8½ hours—and on average 9¼ hours—a night of uninterrupted sleep to leave their bodies and minds rejuvenated for the next day. Body requires enough sleep and rest for performing many bodily activities such as muscle repair, memory consolidation and hormone release, that regulates growth and appetite.
<br/><br/>
Researchers are still in search and baffler by many aspects of how it really gets operated like this. Science has been conducting vivid studies from decades on the link between dream and sleeps, still there are no 100 per cent results being found on how exactly it functions. We do know that our dream cycle is typically most abundant and best remembered during the Rapid Eye Movement(REM) stage of sleep. So, eyes are in active mode while we sleep.
<br/><br/>
The sleeping brain can perform complex tasks, particularly if the task is automated, the study says.
Researchers from Cambridge and Paris introduced participants to a word test while awake and found they continued to respond correctly while asleep.

'new_desc' => ' Sexuality is a regime of power that thoroughly shapes families, communities, state institutions, and economies; and it underscores that sexual norms, struggles and forms of governance always articulate hierarchies of gender, race, class and geopolitics.
<br/><br/>
Sexuality has impelled migration by individuals such as: lesbians, gay men, and unmarried pregnant women seeking to avoid discrimination or stigmatization; married people seeking employment to support children; women and men using marriage as a strategy for legal migration; those going abroad to sell sex; individuals seeking HIV/AIDS treatment; sex tourists; and others. Sexuality also shapes people’s access to social networks that provide the information, resources, and contacts that enable migration. Nation states, in turn, often decide whether to admit or refuse entry to migrants based on sexual considerations that cross-cut racial, gender, class, and geopolitical calculations. For instance, legal admission often depends on fitting into normative definitions of family, kinship or marriage, or claiming fear of persecution that takes sexualized form or is based on sexuality. Conversely, migrants are often denied legal status when they cannot fit into normative definitions of family, or are believed to present sexual danger (for example, as supposed carriers of sexual diseases, or loose women, or men who might sexually prey on others, or sexual ‘perverts’). Migrants continue to be governed in sexual terms after entering the nation state, especially through their interactions with economic, health, welfare, and education systems. Moreover, citizens respond to migrants through a sexualized lens, often seeing them as exotic, sexually backwards/traditional/repressed, highly fertile, bearers of perversion and disease – or as models of sexual and moral values that the citizenry should emulate. Through these processes, binaries of us/them, citizen/migrant, normal/deviant become expressed, mapped onto bodies and places, and struggled over.
<br/><br/>
Given that both migration and sexual controls are intimately tied to histories of colonialism, global capitalism, and slavery. There is an interconnection among sexuality, migration, and struggles to end inequalities. Some explore how the criminalization of unauthorized migrants, the rise of the prison industrial complex, and sexual norms that articulate racial, gender, and class hierarchies, work in tandem to legitimize subjecting diverse populations to exploitation, violence, and shortened lives. Others problematise how global human rights discourses used in asylum cases, including those involving sexuality, may at once reinscribe colonial, racial and gender inequalities but nonetheless present opportunities for change. These and other analyses ask us to question critically how the connections between sexuality and migration may reinforce, or offer opportunities to transform, multiple inequalities at different scales.
